AutoloGel

The AutoloGel System harnesses the patient's natural healing process with the production of a proprietary bioactive gel formulation that is FDA cleared for wound management.

AutoloGel stimulates wound healing by re-establishing a naturally balanced wound environment. Restoring the balance in the wound environment can transform a nonhealing wound to a healthy wound that heals naturally.

Enhanced Bioactive Gel

Proprietary bioactive gel product that contains the patient's own platelets, a fibrin matrix, and additives ensuring an appropriate formulation to facilitate natural healing.

Simple Process

Specially programmed rapid-spin centrifuge prepares a standardized, FDA-cleared gel formulation to deliver the patient's own platelets directly to the wound bed.

Personalized Wound Treatment

Customized therapy of the patient's own platelets that contains a full complement of platelet-derived growth factors, chemokines, and cytokines.

Indications for Use

The AutoloGel™ System is intended to be used at point-of-care for the safe and rapid preparation of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) gel from a small sample of a patient’s own blood. Under the supervision of a healthcare professional, the PRP gel produced by the AutoloGel™ System is suitable for exuding wounds, such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and diabetic ulcers and for the management of mechanically or surgically-debrided wounds.

Dosing

The AutoloGel™ System may be used for chronic or surgically-debrided wounds up to twice a week for eight (8) weeks. The treating health care practitioner may elect to continue the treatment up to twelve (12) weeks.
